EMDR Therapy is Effective

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is known to be an effective form of psychotherapy. At EMDR Professional Training™, we believe one sustaining fact that makes our work very purposeful:  EMDR therapy is effective. How Do We Know EMDR Therapy is Effective?
