Donna Griffin, MA, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California, a certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and EMDRIA Approved Trainer. Donna offers consultation for those seeking completion for Basic Training (from programs that do not include consultation in their training), for certification in EMDR therapy, and for those who would like to become EMDRIA Approved Consultants.

Having worked in private practice for over 20 years and in holding positions with the Department of Defense as well as a hospital emergency room as a licensed mental health clinician, Donna has treated a variety of issues including couples’ issues, depressive and other mood related disorders, trauma, grief, family issues, childhood related disorders, anxiety, and compulsive disorders. She also works with military service members and their families, as well as first responders. She has extensive training in alcohol and drug rehabilitation, expressive arts therapies, couples therapy, and EMDR therapy.

Donna volunteered for the American Red Cross for 12 years on their disaster response team and is currently a member of Trauma Recovery/EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs (HAP), providing facilitation for EMDR trainings focused on providing trainings for nonprofit organizations.
